			<description><![CDATA[New fora can be added to the site from the administrator console, (Admin CP) depending on who wants to administrate this site.<br />

Fora can be given different attributes e.g.:<br />
- open for nonmembers (everybody can read and post) <br />
- viewable (members can post and read, nonmembers can read) <br />
- visible (members can post and read, nonmembers can only view the forum but not read posts<br />
- invisible (only members can read and post)<br />

Example: <br />
- Trainers could have a separate forum<br />
- Each student could have a forum accessibly by the student and the Trainers only<br />
- Each student group could have each own forum]]></description>
